The project "PRIMAVERA” is a completely new build that takes advantage of every benefit of the sizeable plot. Privacy, space and layout take priority in the planning stages.
During the build, mainly ecological and island-typical natural building materials will be used. The villa will be insulated according to the current thermal insulation regulations and equipped with double acoustic windows and a modern air source heat pump and solar power.
On the upper floor, You will find the master suite and three spacious guest bedrooms . All bed rooms have sea views.
The construction work has already started and will be completed in the late autumn of 2024. The handover will be turnkey, whereby individual wishes, changes and further extras can currently still be taken into account.
